Whether you’re in need of a consultation with one of our experienced GPs, require specialized care from a consultant, or wish to undergo a health screen, we’re here to assist you. To secure your appointment slot, we may require a pre-payment or deposit, especially for new patients or those with prior missed appointments. This ensures that our resources are optimally utilized and appointments are respected.
Payment Options:
To facilitate a seamless payment process, we accept major credit cards, as well as convenient digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Rest assured, our payment portal is secure, providing you with peace of mind regarding your financial transactions.
Respecting Your Time:
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, causing delays in your schedule. If you find yourself running late for your appointment, don’t hesitate to contact us at 020-8997-4446. However, please note that appointments may be considered missed if you’re more than 5 minutes late without prior agreement, and pre-payments made may not be refunded.
Flexibility in Rescheduling:
Life is unpredictable, and we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your appointment. We offer free rescheduling for GP services up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For nurse services and health screens, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand. However, rescheduling within these timeframes may result in the loss of any pre-payment or deposit made.
Cancellation Policy:
While we understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for standard appointments. For nurse clinics and health screens, we appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within these timeframes may incur a nominal administration charge. Additionally, appointments booked within 24/48 hours of the scheduled time forfeit any pre-payment or deposit upon cancellation.
Navigating Promotional Rates:
We occasionally run promotions to make our services more accessible to our patients. However, please be aware that rescheduled or canceled appointments during promotional periods may lose eligibility for the promotional rates initially offered. Subsequent appointments will be charged at the prevailing rates at the time of booking.
Accountability for Attendance:
As part of our commitment to providing quality care to all our patients, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards repeated missed appointments or abuse of our terms and conditions. Patients with a history of attendance issues may be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments, and refunds may not be provided for missed appointments.
