Annual Family Healthcare Plan Prices

MedicPlus Health Clinic offers three types of Family Healthcare Plans: Individual, 2 Adults, 2 Adults + 1 Child

Individual Plan £39/month – 3 x 15 minute GP appointments per annum, 1 x Annual Profile 1 Health Check per annum

2 Adult Plan (same address) £75/month – 6 x 15 minute GP appointments per annum, 2 x Annual Profile 1 Health Check per annum, and the ability to share GP appointments across all Members on the same Family Plan

2 Adult Plan + 1 Child £99/month – 8 x 15 minute GP appointments per annum, 2 x Annual Profile 1 Health Check per annum, and the ability to share GP appointments across all Members on the same Family Plan

Each extra child will add a cost of £25 extra/month, and 2 x 15 minute GP appointments per annum will be added onto the Family Plan

Benefits of the Annual Family Healthcare Plan:

• Inclusive GP appointments within the Annual Family Healthcare Plan can be shared between all members on the same Annual Family Healthcare Plan.

• Patients enrolled in an Annual Family Healthcare Plan receive an additional 15% discount on all services offered by MedicPlus Health Clinic

• If the Annual Family Healthcare Plan exhausts its free GP appointments allocation, a 15% discount will be applied on subsequent GP appointments as required.

• Annual Family Healthcare Plan members can enjoy a 15% discount on the cost of extended appointments after using one of their free 15 minute appointments

• We guarantee a GP appointment within 24 hours for Annual Family Healthcare Plan members, either through a telephone, video call, or face-to-face consultation.

• Annual Family Healthcare Plan members can access priority GP appointments

• If no free GP appointments are used during the Annual Family Healthcare Plan, a 15% discount will be applied to the current Annual Family Healthcare Plan price upon renewal.
